We are seeking highly qualified and dedicated Doctor with degrees in B.A.M.S (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery), B.D.S (Bachelor of Dental Surgery), B.U.M.S (Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery), or M.B.B.S (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) to join our healthcare team. **Anybody with knowledge of medical cannabis/certification would be given preference.**

As a Doctor, you will play a vital role in providing medical care, diagnosing illnesses, prescribing treatments, and promoting overall well-being of patients.

**Responsibilities**:
Patient Care: Provide primary healthcare services, including accurate diagnosis, treatment, and management of various medical conditions. Perform comprehensive medical examinations, review medical histories, and order diagnostic tests as required.

Treatment Planning: Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' medical conditions, symptoms, and diagnostic results. Prescribe appropriate medications, therapies, and interventions to address patients' health concerns and promote healing.

Medical Procedures: Conduct medical procedures and treatments within your area of expertise and scope of practice. This may include surgical procedures, dental treatments, Ayurvedic therapies, or Unani treatments, depending on your specialization.

Patient Education: Communicate effectively with patients and their families to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive measures. Educate patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and lifestyle modifications for better health outcomes.

Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including nurses, specialists, and other medical professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Consult and refer patients to appropriate specialists when necessary.

Medical Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories, examination findings, diagnostic results, treatment plans, and progress notes. Adhere to legal and ethical guidelines related to patient confidentiality and data privacy.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical research, treatments, and technologies through ongoing professional development. Attend conferences, seminars, and workshops to enhance your medical knowledge and skills.

Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all regulatory requirements, medical ethics, and safety protocols in clinical practice. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, standards, and guidelines applicable to your field of practice.

**Requirements**:
Education and Certification: Hold a Bachelor's degree in B.A.M.S, B.D.S, B.U.M.S, or M.B.B.S from a recognized institution. Possess a valid license or registration to practice as a Doctor in the relevant field.

Specialization: Depending on your degree, have specialized knowledge and skills in Ayurvedic Medicine (B.A.M.S), Dental Surgery (B.D.S), Unani Medicine (B.U.M.S), or Allopathic Medicine and Surgery (M.B.B.S).

Experience: Prior clinical experience in the respective field is preferred. However, enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Medical Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical principles, anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and treatment protocols relevant to your field of practice. Familiarity with the latest advancements and evidence-based practices in your area of specialization.

Clinical Skills: Proficiency in conducting medical examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests, and formulating accurate diagnoses. Ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans and effectively communicate them to patients.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to establish rapport with patients, explain medical information clearly, and provide counseling on preventive healthcare measures.

Empathy and Compassion: Display empathy, compassion, and sensitivity towards patients' physical and emotional well-being. Demonstrate the ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality in doctor-patient relationships.

Adaptability and Decision-Making: Ability to adapt to different patient needs and make informed decisions

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
