- Undertaking design project from concept to completion
- Defining project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
- Interpreting and translating customer needs into rough plans

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
- Expertise in layouts
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design programs
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
- Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
- Communication and presentation skills
- Project management skills

**Architect Skills and Qualifications**:
B.arch/M.arch/ Diploma in Architecture

Outstanding Visualization Skills; Understanding of Construction Technologies; Visual Communication Skills; Attention to Detail; Drawing Skills

Written and Oral Communication Skills; High Levels of Creativity; Analytical Mind; Problem Solving Skills; Strong Leadership Skills; Ability to Work Well on a Team; Project Management Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
