Maintain Store inventories bills.
- Co - ordinate with Dept manager & sales Dept.
- Maintain a computerized record of all the store and purchase activities.
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment’s.
- Handling material consisting of stock of all types materials that is required for production.
- Vendor Management - Strategic approach for building and maintaining relationships with best vendors, which helps in achieving the business goals.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices and related documentation.
- Coordinating with Vendors for Procurement.
- Maintain stock record and update on daily basis.
- Knowledge of stores, inventory management, products and components.
- Maintains receipts, material records and issue material
- Monitoring day to day stores activity.
- Ensure stock accuracy by conducting perpetual inventory, proper storage and preservation of material.
- Monitoring components with proper identification, traceability and monitor items for zero wastage.
- Vendor & Item Creation, Work Order/ Purchase Order, GRN Verification, Final Reports in TCS.
- Physical verification of stock.
- Good communication Skill, Positive attitude, Self confident.
- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
