**JOB TITLE: ASSOCIATE - AD OPERATIONS**

**LOCATION: GURGAON / MUMBAI, INDIA**

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Campaign Management and Analysis (60%)**
- Understand Advertising ecosystem especially, Digital Audio advertising
- Setup campaigns using an intuitive proprietary interface and Google Ad Manager
- Ensure campaigns meet delivery and performance goals.
- Coming up with ideas and actionable insights
- Testing different hypothesis to improve performance of campaigns
- Being able to analyze graphs, charts, trends, dashboards and large amounts of data
- Manage escalations and communications between stakeholders with respect to campaigns
- QA and troubleshooting of campaign related problems
- Daily liaison with Account Managers to ensure smooth progression of ad campaigns
- Think like a client or media planner

**Reporting and Analysis (30%)**
- Analyzing campaign performance(s)
- Producing a variety of analytical and performance reports
- Provide weekly/monthly updates and find ways to automate these
- Providing feedback to sales person as to campaign performance(s)

**Testing: (10%)**
- Help with various tests and provide unbiased feedback to the product/tech teams**.**:

- Utilize data and dashboards to understand system and campaign health
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising metrics including measurement and general KPIs
