As a Raw Material Store Incharge at our bakery company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our raw material inventory. You will be responsible for overseeing the storage, organization, and distribution of all raw materials used in our bakery production process. This includes ingredients such as flour, sugar, eggs, dairy products, and various flavorings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing raw materials. Monitor stock levels and anticipate any shortages or excesses. Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Procurement: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials. Place orders as needed, considering factors such as price, quality, and availability. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable deals.
- Storage and Organization: Ensure that raw materials are stored properly to maintain freshness and quality. Implement FIFO (first in, first out) system to minimize waste and prevent spoilage. Keep the storage area clean, organized, and free from contaminants.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming raw materials for quality and compliance with company standards. Reject any shipments that do not meet specifications and follow up with suppliers as necessary. Conduct regular quality checks on stored materials to ensure they meet freshness and safety requirements.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all raw material transactions, including receipts, invoices, and inventory levels. Generate reports on inventory status, consumption patterns, and other relevant metrics. Provide regular updates to management on stock levels and any issues or concerns.
- Team Management: Supervise and train store staff to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities. Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance as needed. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote productivity and morale.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to food safety, storage, and handling. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory changes, and implement necessary adjustments to procedures as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a food manufacturing or bakery environment.
- Strong knowledge of raw materials used in bakery production and their storage requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
