Responsible to drive business through ASO/Insurance consultants/PosP and to ensure location meet its monthly/quarterly & annual business targets.
- Training & Development of ASOs, Insurance Consultant & PosP’s to ensure sales team in fully equipped with Company products, compensation, market/industry updates.
- Plan and execute activities/strategies which can improve business.
- Responsible for constant recruitment of Insurance Consultant by coordinating with ASOs.
- Ensure ASOs are hired as per approved budget and everyone achieves goal sheet.
- To build a robust and profitable distribution network of ASO’s, IC’s and Posp’s.
- To build a Roadmap to plan, achieve his target and expand by achieving his Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual targets in various parameters like Manpower, NB premium, product mix, persistency, ASO ,IC & Posp’s Hiring and Activisation, club up gradation etc and business quality.

**Salary**: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
