**Job Description: Recruitment Trainee**

**Position Title**: Recruitment Trainee
**Location**: Mohali, Punjab
**Reports To**: Recruitment Manager / HR Lead

**Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Sourcing**

**2. Job Posting and Advertisement**
- Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards and the company’s career page.
- Promote job openings through social media and professional networks to attract talent.
- Shortlist resumes based on job requirements and forward them to senior recruiters or hiring managers.

**4. Interview Coordination**

**5. Database Management**
- Update and maintain the recruitment database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

**6. Market Research**
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Research competitors’ hiring strategies to identify opportunities and insights.

**8. Support in Offer Negotiation**
- Assist in preparing offer letters and participating in salary negotiations under the guidance of senior recruiters.

**9. Learning and Development**
- Participate in training sessions to enhance recruitment skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on employment laws and company policies related to recruitment practices.

**10. Reporting and Analysis**
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new recruitment trends and technologies.

**Work Environment**:
