Hair Trainer

**Role Scope**:
This person will ensure the ongoing professional training of clients through seminars, events and salon sessions on sales targets and initiatives to create customer loyalty. He/ she will act as the ambassador for the brand

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Train and/or provide demo’s 6 days a week, Mon-Sat
- Maintain and develop relationships with each account - focus on key accounts
- Deliver highly professional training for each and every account
- Assist with BDM enquiries in regard to training and product knowledge
- Issue student certificates
- Attend annual training sessions (TTT)

**Skills**:

- Master hairdresser with at least 3 years of professional experience
- Good knowledge on usage of products
- Public speaking
- Good presentation skills
- Collaboration skills

**Experience**:
Minimum 3-5 years of hairdressing and training experience. Minimum 5-7 years’ experience for Sr. Education Trainer or Key Account Training Consultant

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
