- Planning day-to-day production related activities and allocating work for achieving monthly production targets
- Analysis of production plan v/s actual
- Ensuring Capacity Availability for Smooth Flowing of Operation
- Control & monitor workforce in the shop floor
- Ensure Route Card Compliance & traceability system
- Active Participation in training and skill development of associates, provide on job training to employees
- Plan & execute Kaizen’s at shop floor
- Ensure for Zero rejections/reworks
- Coordination with other departments to ensure smooth flow of work
- Hands on experience in handling the vendors
**Required Skill Sets**
- Min 5-8 years’ experience in production
- Basic knowledge & understanding about fabrication & assembly process
- Basic Knowledge in CAD
- Hands on Experience in handling Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure availability for production.

Implement process enhancements and lean manufacturing principles to increase productivity and reduce costs.
**Health and Safety**:

Implement effective solutions to minimize disruptions and maintain production continuity.
