Position: Telecaller cum Salesperson

Department: SalesJob Summary:
As a Telecaller cum Salesperson at our organization, you will be responsible for handling online inquiries, making calls to clients, explaining product details, and assisting them in finalizing sales. You will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with potential customers and driving revenue growth through effective sales techniques and excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Handle Online Inquiries:

- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, providing accurate and relevant information about our products.
- Prioritize and categorize inquiries for efficient follow-up.

2. Make Sales Calls:

- Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone calls to initiate sales conversations.
- Introduce our products and services, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Address customer queries, provide product demonstrations, and offer personalized recommendations based on customer needs.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a customer database, update customer profiles, and document interactions and progress.
- Follow up with customers to provide additional information, resolve concerns, and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.

4. Achieve Sales Targets:

- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the organization.
- Actively pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products, maximizing sales revenue.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers to effectively communicate sales opportunities to customers.

5. Sales Administration:

- Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on building relationships.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle objections and rejection.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
