**Position's General Duties and Tasks**
- Ensures accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs.
- Receive inbound calls from the providers and ensure that queries are resolved in effective manner.

**Requirements**:

- Should have at least a year of experience in Inside Sales/ International Sales.
- Should be a Graduate.
- Solid customer service skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English language in both verbal and written forms.
- Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday (UK Shifts).
- Background Verification

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
