We seek a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our growing team as a Customer support Executive. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, building relationships, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive brand experience and contributing to our customer retention and growth.

**Responsibilities**:
Proactively identify and resolve customer issues with accuracy and empathy.

Provide clear and concise information about our products or services.

Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently.

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for improvement in customer service processes and procedures.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations.

Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to build rapport and develop positive relationships with customers.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
