A **Business Development Executive (International Voice Proicess)** is a key member of a company's sales and growth strategy team. The primary role of a Business Development Executive in international voice process is to identify new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth for the organization. This position requires a combination of sales expertise, market research skills, and relationship-building abilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and Generate Leads: Research and identify potential clients or business opportunities through various sources such as online platforms, industry events, networking, and market research. Generate leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their business needs, challenges, and goals to position the company's products or services effectively.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals: Conduct negotiations with clients, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions. Close deals by preparing contracts, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth transition to the delivery or implementation phase.
- Market Analysis and Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Analyze market data to identify new opportunities, assess customer needs, and refine the company's offerings accordingly.
- Networking and Partnership Development: Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to expand professional networks and identify potential partnership opportunities. Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish strategic alliances that can drive business growth.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure effective communication, alignment, and seamless execution of business development initiatives.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
