- Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records in the database.
- Verify and manage member access cards or key fobs.

3. **Administrative Tasks**:

- Manage appointment schedules for personal trainers or group classes.
- Handle cash transactions, membership fees, and retail sales.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative duties.
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized.

4. **Communication**:

- Relay information to members about gym policies, events, and promotions.
- Collaborate with other gym staff to ensure consistent communication.
- Update and maintain bulletin boards with relevant information.

5. **Equipment and Facility Oversight**:

- Monitor the condition and cleanliness of gym equipment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
