Receptionist/sales

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Provide information about the showroom's products, services, and promotions.

Sales Support: Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases. Help with the preparation of promotional materials and product displays.

Reception Duties: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Monitor showroom visitors, ensuring they follow the showroom's policies.

Coordination: Track and manage deliveries and shipments to the showroom. Coordinate with the showroom manager on any special requests or needs.

Team Collaboration: Liaise with other departments, ensuring smooth communication and workflow. Assist the showroom manager with ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Customer-oriented with a friendly and approachable attitude.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and other office software.

Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., phone systems, fax, photocopiers).

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
