**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Ability to manage all the parameters of their business;**
- **Recruitment**
- **Activation**
- **Premium Collection**
- **Ensure that the Agents are engaged, motivated and productive by forging a strong relationship**
- **Ensure that Agents are constantly inducted, activated and productive**
- **Drive the incentive schemes to ensure that the Agent’s income exceeds benchmark**
- **To achieve product wise targets & profitability**
- **Understand the Agent’s business in depth and seek opportunities for business development and revenue generation**
- **Goal setting of all Agents in the team**
- **Regular Field observation & Regular Agent visit.**

- Independent Agents: Agents are usually independent contractors rather than employees, meaning they are responsible for their own taxes, expenses, and work schedule.
- Brand Representation: The agent sells on behalf of the company and represents its brand, often using the company’s marketing materials, but does not have the same responsibilities as an employee.
- Geographic or Sectoral Reach: Agencies might have expertise in specific regions or market segments, which can help the principal access customers they may not otherwise be able to reach.
- Risk and Reward: While agents have the potential to earn high commissions, their income is dependent on performance, meaning there is a degree of financial risk involved for them.
- Minimum qualification**:Graduate** in any stream, must complete it **after** **2020**. In-case he has worked in past, have/ had PF/ ESIC still he can join.
- Mode of interview process - Physical.
- Tenure of NATS Programme - **12 months.**:

- Stipend during NATS period - **18000 per month**.**:

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
