**Learning Experience Designer**:
Tetra Pak is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic professional to join the Next Generation Competence Development Team in Tetra Pak® Services, to support the learning transformation for our technical field-force and our customers’ staff. Would you like to be part of a team of learning professionals who together enable modern, engaging, in the flow of work learning?
Within the Next Generation Service Operations, we are now looking for a Learning Experience Designer. Location of this position in Chakan. The Tetra Pak® site in Chakan is a technical/service centre with training facilities.

This position reports to Learning Designers Manager, Christian Nilsson, based in Sweden.

**What you will do**:
As Learning Experience Designer, you will:

- As a part of a team of Learning Experience Designers, produce learning products like: Learning Journeys, Movies/animations, eLearning, Assessments, and learning material for Instructor Led courses.
- As a part of a team contribute to implement solutions to scale up efficiency and innovation in learning content creation by collaborating with Tetra Pak teams or external partners.
- Collaborate closely with the Learning Product Portfolio to work on the development of learning priorities and feedback the status of development and training production.

**We believe you have**:

- You have proven experience of content production for learning or technical documentation.
- You are result oriented and can work in different areas of digital content production. You drive for quality and accuracy.
- You are interested in competence development and willing to contribute in transformation to digital learning that Tetra Pak® is embracing.
- Excellent English is needed.
- We think you have an education and background within production of learning, or technical documentation used for learning purposes.
- Any of the following skills will be preferable: Text and voice authoring, Authoring by DITA architecture, Illustration (technical) and photo, Movie and animation production, assessment production, CAD and PDM.
