**Requirements**:

- Handle the inquiries and settle them.
- Counseling Students about our courses and programs.
- Closing business deals
- Following up the students lead
- To provide a high quality professional counseling service for online students.
- To provide an easy accessible counseling service for students.
- Handles all issues of students from new inquiries to the end of each course.
- Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
- Undertaking the task of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence

**Required skills**:

- Good communication skills. (Fluency in English is must)
- Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships.
- Able to solve the regular issues of online studying students.
- Excellent problem
- solving skills to be able to help students identify and make changes to negative thought patterns and other harmful behaviors
- Strong interpersonal skills to help establish rapport quickly with students and develop strong trusting relationships

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
