Job DescriptionThe SVP of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) will drive the strategic growth of the RCM business, focusing on expanding existing client relationships and securing new revenue streams. The primary responsibility is business development, building new opportunities, and increasing the company’s RCM footprint across healthcare organizations. Additionally, the role will involve overseeing delivery processes, ensuring alignment with client expectations, and maintaining operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:
**Growth Strategy & Business Development**:

- Define and execute strategies to drive new business in the RCM space, targeting healthcare providers, hospitals, and other related sectors.
- Identify new revenue streams and grow existing accounts by offering innovative RCM solutions that enhance client operations.
- Develop strategic partnerships and relationships with key industry stakeholders to foster business expansion.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance market positioning, lead generation, and client acquisition strategies.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build strong relationships with existing clients to increase engagement, promote cross-selling, and drive revenue growth.
- Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any service concerns.
- Work with internal teams to customize RCM solutions based on client needs and changing industry trends.

**Operational Delivery (Small but Key Role)**:

- Oversee the delivery of RCM services, ensuring adherence to performance metrics and client SLAs.
- Support the delivery teams in addressing escalations, optimizing workflow, and implementing process improvements to enhance service quality.
- Ensure seamless coordination between delivery teams and clients to meet operational and financial goals.

**Leadership & Team Management**:

- Lead a high-performing business development team focused on revenue growth and client acquisition.
- Foster a results-driven culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to ensure alignment with business objectives and client satisfaction.

**Market Trends & Competitive Analysis**:

- Stay informed about trends in the healthcare and RCM space, ensuring Exela remains competitive and adaptable to industry shifts.
- Analyze competitors and market conditions to identify areas of opportunity and differentiation for Exela’s RCM offerings.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in the RCM or healthcare services industry, with a strong focus on business development.
- Proven track record of securing new business and expanding existing client portfolios.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and drive performance.
