Skills Requirements of Business Development - ERP Sales

1. A relevant degree in IT or Business Administrator is preferred

2. Relevant work Experience of 2-5 years in selling ERP Software & Solutions as a Business Development executive or a relevant role.

3. Must have Experience in managing International prospects and clients and generating sales from them.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

5. Self-motivated, Independent, and capable of leading and performed end to end processes.

6. Proven sales track record.

7. Proficiency in negotiation skills, MS Office, and other sales tools.

8. Strong knowledge of ERP functionality - ERPnext or Odoo ERP will be an advantage.

Responsibilities of Business Development - ERP Sales:
1. Analyze current and potential markets to identify areas of opportunity for the organization

2. Identify and target new potential partners, customers, and other stakeholders in the ERP space

3. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide solutions.

4. Develop and present sales proposals and presentations to prospects.

5. Develop and execute plans for business development and market growth.

6. Monitor industry trends and competitive activity.

7. Establish relationships with key decision makers in target organizations and also to maintain & grow the relationships with the existing clients

8. Collaborate with the sales team and marketing team to promote the company

9. Negotiate terms of agreements and contracts and close the deals with the prospects.

10. Keep updating yourself with ERP trends and their developments.

11. Develop & maintain a database of key contacts in the industry

12. Analyze our competitors and develop a business plan to increase sales & revenue.

13. Generate new leads but different tools such as LinkedIn, cold calling, or other sales tools.

14. Track progress of project & prepare monthly sales report and report back to stakeholders

15. Capable to accomplish monthly sales targets.
