Telecaller Excutive

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Outbound and Inbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers based on provided leads.
- Handle inbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- **Lead Generation and Conversion**:

- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products/services.
- Follow up with potential clients to close deals.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Address complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- **Data Management**:

- Update call logs, maintain accurate records, and input data into the CRM system.
- Share feedback and insights from customer interactions with the sales/marketing team.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [language(s)] (e.g., English, Hindi, etc.).
- Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- A pleasant and professional phone demeanor.
