**Job description**
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure all customers are satisfied with their dining experience by greeting and seating customers, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or feedback.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely preparation of all dishes.
- Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies, maintaining accurate records and minimizing waste.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and attract more customers.
- Traine and develop staff members to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Maintain a positive and professional working environment for all staff members.
- Ensure the upkeep and hygiene of the restaurant and premises.
- Periodic checking of staff accommodation and making sure rooms and premises are maintained well.
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverages industry.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve common goals.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies.
- Ability to speak Hindi & English fluently.
- Knowledge in using petpooja software is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
