Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- **Lead Qualification and Management**: Screen and qualify incoming leads, identifying potential clients and understanding their IT needs to maximize sales opportunities.
- **Product Knowledge and Solution Selling**: Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's IT products and services to tailor solutions that align with each client’s specific requirements.
- **Sales Pitches and Presentations**: Deliver virtual presentations, demos, and pitches to communicate product value and benefits effectively to clients.
- **Negotiation and Deal Closure**: Handle pricing discussions, prepare sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals remotely to meet monthly or quarterly targets.
- **CRM Management and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and transactions in CRM software and regularly report progress to the sales manager.
- **Collaboration with Marketing and Product Teams**: Work closely with internal teams to align on product offerings, marketing campaigns, and client feedback for continuous improvement.

Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Persuasive and resilient approach to sales.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services.
- CRM proficiency and organizational skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
