About the company

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and develop MATLAB training development plans for learners.
- Prepare and conceptualize the training materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids) based on best practices.
- Conduct training lessons in both online and offline mode through seminars, webinar, face-to-face class on the training objectives and deliverables.
- Track and compile collected data.
- Review existing training delivery or materials and presentation skills to enhance lectures and create new materials or new delivery methods if required to align with the company’s needs.
- Maintain a database of all training materials.
- Manage the learning experience consistent with company philosophy and company-wide strategy.
- Manage the training program in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management System.
Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Education, Business, Information Technology, or related field
- ACTA or ACLP certified.
- Both freshers and experienced persons as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position are preferrable.
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software.
- Experience with MATLAB and Simulink.
