**Position**: Nurse

**Experience**: Minimum 2 years
**Qualification**: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing /ANM with proper Certificate
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide first aid and emergency care to employees in case of workplace injuries or accidents.
- Administer medications and basic medical treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor the health and well-being of employees and assist in health checks, screenings, and vaccinations.
- Maintain and manage the stock of medical supplies and first aid kits within the facility.
- Ensure all medical equipment is in good working condition and up to date.
- Regularly check and maintain records of employees’ health reports.
- Conduct periodic health camps and assist in health assessments for factory staff.
- Maintain detailed medical records and daily reports on the health and well-being of employees.
- Report significant health issues or injuries to HR and factory management.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and provide guidance on preventive health measures.
- Collaborate with the safety team to ensure compliance with workplace health regulations.
- Assist in organizing health awareness programs, wellness camps, and preventive health checkups.
- Provide vaccines as and when required and proper documentation of employees to be maintained and shared with HR for personnel record updation.

- Proficiency in administering first aid and basic medical treatments.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with employees and management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with health-related information.
- Empathy and good bedside manner for patient care.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
