**SCOPE**

Your role as spa therapist is crucial in our vision to provide a professional, ethical and experiential services to our guests in the hotel. Spa therapist has to provide professional and engaging wellness therapies and massage treatments to our clients. You will offer a full range of treatments to fulfill different client needs and objectives.

**SKILLS: -**
- Previous experience as a Massage Therapist preferred
- Certification from an accredited school of Massage and Aesthetics prefered.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Physically fit and in good health (strength is not a major requirement, but stamina is necessary)

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To provide a high level of service to our guests in accordance to R3 standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, manicure/pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner.
- Maintains appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform appearance and posture of himself/herself and all personnel involved in the massage room operation.
- Maintains spa and treatment room appearance, cleanliness according to standard operating procedures.
- Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and ethical expectations.
- Suggest and promote additional services, memberships, packages.
- Maintain knowledge of hours of operation, memberships, reservations, fees, treatments, products and other important information.
- Monitor stock levels of oils and creams and ensures that par stock levels are maintained at all times.
- Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations.
- Cooperate with and report on administration on any arising issues.
- Try to resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction and inform the management about any incidents or guest complaints.
- Anticipate guest's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
- Handle inappropriate guest behavior as per the R3/hotels standard operating procedures for inappropriate conduct for guests and therapists.
- Frequently check with guest to promote comfort, safety and security throughout service. Check for massage pressure, temperature and explain treatment flow to the guest including steam usage.
- Offer water, face wipes, herbal tea to the guests.
- Handle emergency procedures and report any accidents to your manager and security.
- Fill out necessary reports or data at the end of each session.
- Attend all scheduled meetings, classes and training sessions; knowledge required within the Spa must be passed on to co-workers.
- To be reliable and punctual and maintain a sense of calm and peace at all times.
- To always communicate in the spa and with other departments in a professional and friendly manner.
- To be committed to improving your knowledge and yourself.
- To always project a positive image of your company and the hotel.
- To wear and maintain a clean and neat uniform at all times during working hours.
- To ensure the smooth running of the operations of the spa and act as a point of contact for the spa staff.
- To assist in the operations and support services at the spa including laundry cleaning and any other operation, such as dismantling and re-assembling the room set up as directed by the supervisor or the spa manager.
- Maintain positive guest relations at all times and maintain client details and confidentiality.
- To check with your supervisor on all operations matters whether therapeutic or aesthetic before changing anything.
- Always remember that your actions and attitudes are noticed by our guests and your fellow colleagues and reflect on the Hotel and R3 Spa standards and the services offered to the guests.

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month
