**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn) to maximize ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive more qualified traffic.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and digital marketing developments to maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, AdWords, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and implement innovative ideas.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Can generate geniune leads minimum 5 per day.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
