We are looking for a qualified Female Customer Support Executive who will offer excellent customer service. To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolving customer complaints & queries brought to your attention under a specific timeline through mails, calls and chat.
- Should be comfortable with both - Inbound and Outbound voice process.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-3 years experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Should have Computer skills, MS Office.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
