We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT & Networking manager to lead our IT Management, Data management, Stock Management, Systems & Processes. This role involves assessing current systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, quality, security, and accessibility while leveraging advanced data management techniques and technologies.

**Qualification
- **Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

**Experience
- **Minimum of 8 years of experience in data management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Identify automation opportunities and implement workflow improvements.
- Manage and lead change initiatives related to system and process improvements.
- Communicate changes to the team and provide training and support as needed.
- Lead and implement cross-functional change management initiatives across all Trunks product lines, influencing decisions through collaboration, leadership, and a customer-focused approach
- Develop and implement new systems or modify existing ones to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Understanding of Bar code technologies, and stock management.**
- Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to implement and support software and technology solutions.
- Evaluate and select appropriate software tools and technologies.
- Strong understanding of data management concepts, methodologies, and best practices, including data governance, data quality management, and data integration.
- Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and SQL programming; experience with modern data management technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL databases) is a plus.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and experience implementing data security measures and compliance controls.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools for data analysis and visualization.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data issues, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
