Lab Incharge

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the Science laboratory in accordance with CBSE guidelines and safety protocols.
- Procure, organize, and maintain laboratory equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
- Plan and coordinate laboratory experiments and demonstrations in collaboration with Science teachers.
- Assist teachers in preparing lab materials and setting up experiments.
- Conduct regular inspections of the laboratory to ensure safety standards are met and equipment is in proper working condition.
- Provide guidance and support to students during laboratory sessions, ensuring adherence to experimental procedures and safety protocols.
- Supervise and train laboratory assistants, ensuring efficient operation of the lab.
- Keep accurate records of inventory, equipment maintenance, and laboratory activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of curriculum-related laboratory activities.
- Stay updated on advancements in Science education and laboratory techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Science or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Previous experience working as a Lab Incharge or similar role in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum requirements and guidelines for Science laboratories.
- Proficiency in handling laboratory equipment and chemicals safely.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment for students.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and students.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
