**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to generate new leads and appointments**.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with potential customers.
- **Achieve specified targets and quotas for lead generation and appointment setting.**:
- **Maintain accurate records of calls, including those that were not interested, call backs, and scheduled appointments.**:
- **Work closely with the sales team to schedule client-side meetings and follow up on leads.**:
- **Handle objections and use effective strategies to persuade potential clients to consider our services.**:
- Ensure compliance with telemarketing laws and regulations.
- **Provide feedback from potential clients to enhance targeting and improve service offerings.**
**Qualifications**:
- **Graduation; further education in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.**:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role involving cold calling and lead generation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to persuade and influence others.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and resilience in the face of rejection.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
