Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Create a wide range of high-quality chocolates, truffles, pralines, and other chocolate confections, adhering to Sugar Blossoms' recipes and quality standards.
- Develop innovative and visually appealing chocolate designs and decorations for seasonal offerings and special events.
- Maintain a clean and organized chocolate production area, following strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the bakery and pastry team to incorporate chocolate elements into various baked goods and desserts.
- Stay informed about chocolate industry trends, techniques, and flavor combinations to continuously enhance our chocolate offerings.
- Monitor and manage chocolate inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Provide guidance and training to junior chocolatiers and other team members in proper chocolate handling and production.
- Engage with customers, offering insights into our chocolate offerings, making recommendations, and ensuring a delightful customer experience.
- Contribute to the development of new chocolate products, experimenting with flavors and textures.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Chocolatier, with a portfolio showcasing your chocolate creations.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the bakery team and engage with customers.
- In-depth knowledge of chocolate tempering, molding, enrobing, and other chocolate techniques.
- Creative flair and a passion for crafting visually stunning and delectable chocolate creations.
- Attention to detail, precision, and a commitment to maintaining product quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet production deadlines, and manage time efficiently.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations related to chocolate production.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Chocolatier in a professional culinary or confectionery setting.

**Education**:

- Formal training and certification in chocolate making or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
