**DATA ANNOTATION ASSOCIATE**

**SALARY - 35K - 40K**

**MIN 1- 2YRS OF RELEVANT EXP IN DATA ANNOTATION (AI MODEL), DATA LABELLING**

**EXP IN US SOCIAL MEDIA LABELLING**

**LOCATION - DELHI**

**GRADUATION IS MANDATORY**

**NEED IMMEDIATE JOINERS**

**Responsibilities**
- Review and understand content and ensure that project procedures and guidelines are met while upholding a high standard of accuracy and quality
- Participate in regular debriefings and meetings to discuss edge cases and updated guidelines
- Meet/Exceed set performance indicators defined by the client
- Submit edge cases and complex topics for discussion
- Comply with corporate confidentiality policies
- Participate in ongoing training programs for continued development in the role
- Provide recommendations for and remain up to date on workflow process changes, updated guidelines, and any other changes
- Willingness to take on other responsibilities, as needed

**Qualifications**
- Adept at social media language and slang
- Advance familiarity with current and developing social media trends and other popular culture references, particularly in the U.S. scene
- High levels of social and cultural awareness
- Excellent Social Media Intelligence (SocMInt)
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Highly detail oriented
- Ability to make quick, educated decisions
- Collaborative attitude in all channels of the workplace
- Resilient, adaptable, and flexible nature to meet changing deadlines and client requirements
- Dedicated and private home workspace ensuring NSFW, disturbing and/or sensitive content being processed are kept confidential from others in the household especially to minors
- Reliable home internet
- Bachelor’s Degree is a must.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
