**Job Overview**:
This is a **contractual** and **in-office** role based out of the Aditya Birla Capital’s Thane, Mumbai office for **12 months**

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for non-blog assets (app, website updation, D2C channel) aligned with business goals and target audience needs.-
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, product, and sales, to create compelling and relevant copy content that supports brand awareness and customer engagement.-
- Lead the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation to production while ensuring quality and consistency across all assets.-
- Make sense of the data from the conducted market research and analysis to create copies which are aligned with the data and also is creative enough to drive clicks on the CTAs.-
- A/B test copy content for various channels and formats to maximize reach and impact.- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes in the finance domain to ensure content relevance and compliance.- 5-7 years of experience in content management, with a focus on non-blog assets, in the finance domain.-
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles and audience segmentation-
- Proficiency in content creation and editing tools-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.-
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.-
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.-
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.- Self-motivated and proactive team player with a collaborative and adaptable mindset.
