1. Will be responsible for end to end employee life cycle management.

2. Work on Manpower planning and budgeting as per guidelines and actively track the OE Savings and opportunities throughout the year. Exceptions and deviations to be highlighted for timely decision making.

3. Partner with Talent Acquisition team to timely deployment for resources. Ensure smooth onboarding of new joinees.

4. Ensure adherence to performance process at the site with a view to enhance the individual efficiencies for overall site growth and strengthening the high-performance culture.

5. implement organizational development & drive Culture intervention programmes at site

6. Drive the engagement agenda at site across different homogenous and heterogenous cross sections of population.

7. Support capability building team to build Cadre intake and capability development.

8. Analysing data to see meaningful trends and offer insights to leadership

9. Conceptualise and drive employee connect programs, analyse the finding, and formulate action plans

10. All time Audit Readiness focus especially wrt USFDA standards

11. Lead SA8000:2014 Standard implementation and ensure the process are complied in spirit

12. Drive strategic projects in line with change management initiatives.

13. Identify the digitisation project and anchor it to enhance employee experience and brand building.
**Qualifications**
MBA-HR, 5-10 Years experience
