**Key Roles and Responsibilities:1. Installation of Lifts and Escalators**:
- Install new elevator systems, escalators, and related equipment following technical drawings, schematics, and safety guidelines.
- Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components.
- Program control systems and ensure smooth operations.
**2. Maintenance and Servicing**:
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure lifts and escalators are functioning properly.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments.
- Replace worn or damaged parts, such as cables, pulleys, and control panels.
**3. Troubleshooting and Repairs**:
- Diagnose faults or malfunctions using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge.
- Repair or replace defective components.
- Test systems after repairs to ensure safety and performance compliance.
**4. Safety and Compliance**:
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
**5. Emergency Response**:
- Respond to elevator breakdowns and emergency calls promptly.
- Rescue trapped passengers in case of system failure.
- Provide temporary solutions until permanent repairs can be completed.
**6. Technical Documentation**:
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation of installations and repairs.
- Write reports on technical issues and solutions implemented.
- Provide recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements.
**7. Customer Interaction**:
- Communicate with building owners, managers, and clients about maintenance schedules, issues, and costs.
- Provide guidance on proper usage and preventive maintenance practices.
**8. Upgrading Systems**:
- Retrofit older elevator systems with modern technology for improved efficiency and safety.
- Suggest energy-efficient upgrades.
**Skills and Qualifications Required**:
- Technical certification or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge of lift systems, hydraulics, and electrical control systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Good understanding of safety standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
