Supervisior

**Work Oversight**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations, including blending of various formulations and packaging the same as finished products.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Optimize production efficiency and resource utilization.

**Team Management**:

- Lead, motivate, and train production staff.
- Schedule and assign tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

**Quality Control**:

- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality formulations as of predetermined formula.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to monitor product quality.

**Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Conduct safety training for production staff.
- Investigate and report any safety incidents.

**Logistics Management**
- Coordinate the effective and smooth inward and outward movement of materials.

**Equipment Maintenance**:

- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure proper functioning of production equipment’s.
- Schedule and oversee routine maintenance tasks.

**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor raw material and finished product inventory levels.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure an adequate supply of raw materials.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate production records, including batch records, quality control reports, and inventory logs.
- Generate reports on production performance and efficiency.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
