**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Farmers' Liaison**: Collaborate with local farmers to understand their needs, challenges, and provide expert advice on crop management, soil health, and pest control.
- **Crop Expertise**: Utilize your knowledge in Paddy, sugarcane, and agroforestry to optimize crop production and quality, while adhering to sustainable farming practices.
- **Operational Management**: Oversee day-to-day farming operations, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and according to the established plan.
- **Farm Planning**: Develop and implement farming plans, considering crop rotation, irrigation, and other factors to maximize yields and sustainability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Paddy, sugarcane, and agroforestry practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with farmers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day agricultural operations.
- Passion for sustainable farming and agroforestry.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
