**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Leading creative brainstorming sessions and collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ideas that meet client objectives.
- Designing and producing printed materials such as brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, within established deadlines.
- Presenting design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and clients, and incorporating feedback into final designs.
- Maintaining brand guidelines and style guides for internal and external use.
- Mentoring and coaching junior designers and providing feedback on their work.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the agency's visual branding.
- Performing other design-related tasks as assigned.

**Work Experience**:

- 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
- 1 year experience is mandatory.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong design skills, with the ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Portfolio of past work demonstrating design skills and experience.
- Experience working with web design tools, such as Sketch or Figma, is a plus.
- Experience in leading and mentoring junior designers.
- Open to constructive feedback and willing to make changes to designs based on feedback.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
