**Role Title: AGM Projects/ Sr. Manager Projects/Manager Projects**

**Industry: ELV & Infra Automation Services**

**Location: Gurgaon**

**Qualification: B.Tech**

**_Responsibilities and Duties _**

**_1. _** Should have in-depth knowledge of Project Management, Risk Management, Vendor management, Order management Estimation & Supply.

**_2. _** Project Solution designing, estimation an implementation.

**_3. _** Implementation of technical solutions as per contract agreement within budgeted cost

**_4. _** Reorganizing Purchasing. Planning, Scheduling and inventory within projects

**_5. _** Should have knowledge of project agreements, Annual operation budget, resource loading and Cost management.

**_6. _** Should be well versed in Design, installation and commissioning

**_7. _** Conduct Training program for BMS, CCTV, Access Control, PA, Fire Alarm

**_8. _** Should be well versed in Contract negotiation and customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and quality norms.

**_9. _** Preparation of Engineering drawings, GFC drawings on AutoCAD

**_10. _** OEM interactions, Product procurement, supply, installation and handover.

**_11. _** Should have knowledge of project agreements, Annual operation budget, resource loading and Cost management.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
