**Job Title: Trainer - Domestic IT Helpdesk Attendant**
Location: Damka Panchayat, Community hall, Surat Gujarat.
**Job Type**: Full-Time
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Trainer for our Domestic IT Helpdesk Attendant program in the skilling industry. The Trainer will be responsible for imparting knowledge and skills to trainees, preparing them for roles in providing technical support for domestic IT helpdesk operations. This role requires a strong understanding of IT support principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring and developing others.
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information.
2. Prepare training session plans & presentations.
3. Prepare training content as per guidelines.
4. Identify training resources.
5. Maintain a record of class attendance.
6. Monitor class progress on daily basis.
7. To conduct theory and practical sessions with field assets.
8. To prepare and submit all reports timely to center manager and HO.
9. To communicate with center manager and HO on regular basis.
10. Monitor and track student’s progress and handle any issues that arise.
Skills Required:
1. Should be proactive, hard working individual
2. Should have good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills (English and
Hindi)
3. Should be willing to travel
4. Should have excellent time management skills
5. Should be able to assist seniors
6. Should have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Proficient with MS Excel,
Word & formatting)
7. Preference to person from Training domain.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
