Medical Representative

As an Medical Representative, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities within your designated geographical area. Your role will involve driving business growth, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our Pharma Division.

Minimum 4 year field experience in pharmaceuticals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives set by the company.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure effective product positioning and promotional activities.
- Implement and adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales with a minimum of 4 years experience.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
