**Responsibilities-**
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions.
- Book keeping of accounts and Reconciliations
- Preparation of Financial Statements.
- Preparation of Reports required by the Management
- Vendors Reconciliations, bills passing and perform other accounting duties as required
- Managing vendor payments and reconciling accounts.
- Employee compensation disbursement, tax withholding, recordkeeping and compliance.
- Analyze financial data and assess tax liabilities.
- Comply with tax laws, regulations, and disclosure requirements.
- Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and industry guidelines.
- Conduct regular compliance assessments and audits.
