- Complete Login Hours and targets on a daily basis.
- Converting leads into successful admissions.
- Effective and Timely Follow-ups.
- Handle Different students enquiries.
- Make calls, follow ups & ownership.
- Always Maintain Good Telephone Etiquettes.
- Punctuality.
- Respond to Student’s enquiries proactively.
- Provide product and information to students.
- Route calls to appropriate resources in case of escalation.

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali - 140413, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
