**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Deliver Training Programs**: Conduct training sessions on various IT topics, including but not limited to software development, networking, cybersecurity, database management, and cloud computing.
- **Develop Course Materials**: Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources, to ensure they are current and relevant.
- **Assess Learning Outcomes**: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, quizzes, and feedback, and adjust content as needed to ensure participants meet their learning objectives.
- **Provide Support**: Offer additional support and guidance to trainees through mentoring, troubleshooting, and personalized coaching.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest developments in IT to ensure training content remains up-to-date and relevant.
- **Collaborate with Stakeholders**: Work closely with other departments, clients, and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions.
- **Administrative Duties**: Maintain records of training activities, track attendance, and generate reports on participant progress.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
