**Job Title**: Independent Filmmaker/Photographer

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, plan, and execute inspirational videos and short movies that align with the company's vision and objectives.
- Capture high-quality photographs of events, including corporate gatherings, conferences, and cultural events, ensuring each image tells a compelling story.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into visually appealing content.
- Edit and enhance videos and photographs using industry-standard software to ensure a polished final product.
- Produce intro videos for company events, product launches, and promotional campaigns, incorporating branding elements effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in filmmaking and photography, continuously refining skills and expanding creative abilities.
- Manage equipment, including cameras, lighting, and editing tools, ensuring they are properly maintained and utilized for optimal results.
- Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Meet deadlines and deliver projects within budget constraints while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
- Maintain a portfolio of work to showcase capabilities and attract potential clients and collaborators.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an independent filmmaker, photographer, or similar role, with a portfolio of relevant work demonstrating creative ability and technical proficiency.
- Proficiency in photography and videography techniques, including composition, lighting, framing, and editing.
- Advanced knowledge of filmmaking and photography equipment, software, and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and DSLR cameras.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to convey emotions and messages effectively through visual media.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative vision and innovative thinking, with a passion for pushing boundaries and exploring new ideas in filmmaking and photography.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in film production, photography, visual arts, or a related field.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
