**Position Summary**: The Executive Assistant to the Company Founder will play a vital role in streamlining operations, facilitating project management, and enhancing the productivity of our Founder. This position requires a resourceful and detail-oriented individual capable of managing a wide range of tasks with precision and discretion.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Project Management**:

- Collaborate with the Founder to plan, execute, and track various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Prepare project status reports and updates for the Founder's review.

2. **Task Management**:

- Efficiently manage the Founder's daily schedule, appointments, and tasks, prioritizing activities to maximize productivity.
- Proactively identify and address task-related challenges and opportunities.

3. **Record Management**:

- Maintain and organize important business records, documents, and files, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality.

4. **Vendor Relations**:

- Act as a liaison between the Founder and vendors, including negotiating contracts, managing communications, and resolving issues promptly.
- Keep records of vendor agreements and payments.

5. **Dispatches**:

- Coordinate and oversee the dispatch of materials, products, or documents as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery.

6. **Purchasing**:

- Assist with purchasing tasks, such as researching suppliers, obtaining quotes, and processing purchase orders.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels when necessary.

7. **Communication**:

- Handle incoming calls and visitors with professionalism and discretion.

8. **Expense Management**:

- Track and reconcile expenses, ensuring adherence to company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and communication tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and trustworthiness.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of vendor management and procurement processes is a plus.
