Team member is responsible to perform daily manual adjustment to ensure the system readiness for margining activity. Team is also responsible to all the functions of New Business team which includes Updating Index Rates, Securities pricing updates, reviewing and reporting exceptions, performing various reconciliations, processing interest movements and reporting the findings to the concerned parties and retaining process on a timely manner.

**In this role, you will**:

- Support a variety of operational tasks for simple or routine securities
- Identify ways to improve the overall process
- Perform routine duties such as processing, reconciling transaction and research inquires
- Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate issues to more experienced roles
- Review less complex documents
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

**Required Qualifications, US**:

- 6+ months of Security Operations experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

**Department Overview**

The Derivatives Collateral Management team is responsible for System readiness process which includes calculating and posting adjustments of Mark to Market and Initial Margin requirements in order to mitigate the risk exposure. The team is also responsible to perform all the functions of New Business team which includes Updating Index Rates, Securities pricing updates, reviewing and reporting exceptions, performing various reconciliations, processing interest movements and reporting the findings to the concerned parties and retaining process on a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**
- Ability to prioritize work and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Displays sound working knowledge surrounding Collateral margining process
- Identify opportunities for process improvement/automation and continuous improvement within the team
- Builds relationship with businesses and counterparties to ensure effective escalation and timely resolutions
- Understands needs and sensitivities of internal and external clients and proactively ensuring these are met

**Desired Qualifications**
- MBA or Graduate in Finance
- Must be a great team player with a high degree of flexibility, prepared to work in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Understands Derivatives trade life cycle and associate functions
- Excellent verbal, written (including drafting), and interpersonal communication skills.
