**Position: Business Development Executive**

**Qualifications required: MBA / M Pharma/ B Pharma**

**Role & responsibilities**
- Actively prospect and generate new sales and business opportunities within assigned customer territory.
- Achieve business targets.
- Collaborate with internal staff regarding the development and procurement of proposals.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Maintain and expand the relationship with clients and organization.
- Arrange business meeting with prospective.
- Be active in conferences to report business progress and status updates to clients and management.
- Promotes the companys services.
- Maintain and update customers data daily.
- Ensure clients satisfaction by delivering quality services.
- Maintain and expand the relationship with clients and organizations.

Skill:

- At least 2-4 years of previous experience in CRO
- **Travel**: 40-70%
- Good Communication Skills
