This is a full-time on-site role for a **Fashion Design Intern** at Craxy Store in Central Delhi. The Fashion Design Intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to vendor management and product research and innovation, quality control, embroidery, and têxtiles.

**Paid Internship**: As a paid intern you will be compensated for Rs. 12000 per month for 1st 2 months until you're transitioned into a full time role

**Qualifications**
- Quality Control, Pattern Making, and Textiles skills
- Education in the têxtile industry
- Sales experience is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
- Strong creative and design skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with design software is a plus

**Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include**:
1. Vendor Management & Sourcing: Forge strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate for quality products at competitive prices, and stay abreast of market trends

2. Order Processing & Management: Oversee the order lifecycle, including processing, packing, and dispatching, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

3. Inventory Control: Utilize MS-Excel and other tools for effective inventory management, avoiding stockouts or excess

4. Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate reports using MS-Excel to monitor key performance indicators and identify improvement areas

5. Quality Assurance: Ensure product and service quality, maintaining our brand’s reputation

6. Collaboration & Improvement: Work with cross-functional teams to enhance operations and the customer experience, and participate in training for continuous self
- and process improvement

7. Ad-Hoc Responsibilities: Prepare to handle additional projects contributing to company goals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
